Return & Exchange Policy
By making a purchase at Nail Formula, you acknowledge that you have read the return policy of www.nailformula.ca as mentioned on this page and agree to abide by them. Any disputes arising between person(s) and Nail Formula will be settled by arbitration with a neutral third party in Vancouver, B.C. Canada.
*Return & Exchange Policy is subject to change without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to check the policy prior to making any new purchases.
Handling Fee
Once you place your order, we can cancel it and issue a full refund within the first 24 hours. However, between 24 hours to 48 hours, due to Shopify’s handling fee, Nail Formula will charge a 20% handling fee for your order. *Please note that if Nail Formula provides a tracking number for your order within those 24 hours, we will not be able to cancel or refund the order.* Additionally, the remaining amount after deducting the 20% handling fee will be converted into a discount code that can be used on your next purchase. Thank you for your understanding!
Return Process
We are not accepting any refund or exchange in-store and online purchase except the quality problem.

Upon receiving your package, any returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice. If items are defective, damaged during shipment, or incorrect, please notify us at nailtatca@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your shipment.
Returns are only accepted for items with quality issues or incorrect items, which will be inspected by Nail Formula for eligibility. Eligible returns must be shipped back to our location within 3 days of being approved by Nail Formula following inspection.
Please note that Nail Formula only issues refunds for items with a confirmed manufacturer’s defect or if an incorrect item was sent. All returns must first be inspected and verified by our team.
If the items returned were shipped “free”, part or all of the original shipping fees from your order may be subject to deduct.
Once the package reaches our location, please allow 10-14 business days for the return to be processed. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and a receipt or invoice of purchase is required.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned and are not eligible for refunds, including:

Perishable goods such as seminars, tutorial videos, or magazines

Any item returned more than 3 days after being approved by Nail Formula, following an inspection for eligibility, will not be accepted for a refund or exchange
Please note that if you are shipping an item over $75 back to our location, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Order Negligence
We will not issue refunds for orders that are returned due to the customer's failure to pick up the package from the post office within the retention period. As an alternative, you may choose to pay the shipping fee again, and we can resend your order to you.
P.O. Box Deliveries
If an order is placed with a P.O. Box address, delivery will be attempted. However, if the delivery fails and the items are returned to us or lost, we will not issue refunds for your orders.

Exchange Policy
We are not accepting any refund or exchange in-store and online purchase except the quality problem.

Items may be exchanged one time only and the Items must be in their original condition (unopened, unused and sealed in its original package) and inspected by Nail Formula to be unused/undamaged before they can be accepted for a exchange. The exchange must be within 14 days of delivery for another size, color, or product. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges (including re-shipping charges for exchanged items). Your original receipt or invoice must accompany your exchanged items(s) to process your exchange. Exchange received after 14 days of delivery are subject to refusal depending on the situation.
Items purchased online can be shipped back or exchanged in store. Shipping fees apply to items shipped back to Nail Formula by mail unless the item was damaged or broken, or the wrong item was sent. Please allow 10-14 business days for your return to be processed.
Missing & Defective Items
We apologize for the inconvenience if there are any missing or defective items. Customers must report missing & defective items within 7 days of product arrival. Missing items include items that are not included in the original package and not noted on the invoice. (please take a video when open box for evidence )Defective items include items damaged due to mishandling during shipping and items with notable defects. Any claims received after 7 days of product delivery are subject to refusal. Missing & defective product reports received after 30 days will be denied.
*If an item is sent to the wrong address at fault of the customer, the customer is responsible for all the shipping charges to re-ship the item to the correct address. If the customer wants to cancel the order instead of re-ship please be noted that the return parcel all the items must have quality problems and inspected by Nail Formula they can be accepted for a refund. Item(s) can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. If an item is sent to the wrong address at fault of Nail Formula, Nail Formula will cover all the shipping cost to re-ship the item.
Missing Parcel
*Please note Nail Formula cannot be held responsible for the parcel missing by shipping company.* Our shipping company cooperate with Canada post, once your parcel missing please let us know and we will call Canada post for investigation. We do have liability coverage (free up to $100), if your order over $100 we suggest you to use our insurance and shipping protection for your parcel 100% Payment guarantee & Protect your order from damage, loss, or theft security.
