Orders ship within 2–4 business days. During launches or holidays, processing may extend to 5–7 business days.

Estimated 2–7 business days depending on province.
United States｜美国：

Do you offer free shipping?｜是否提供免运？
Canada & U.S. orders over $150 CAD（≤ 8kg） receive free shipping.

Do Canadian customers need to pay tax?｜加拿大顾客需要缴税吗？
GST/HST is calculated automatically at checkout.

Do U.S. customers pay duties?｜美国顾客需要缴关税吗？
U.S. orders over $50 CAD ship DDP — duties fully covered by NFORMULA.

Do international customers pay duties?｜国际顾客需要支付关税吗？
Duties depend on destination country regulations.

Can I modify or cancel my order?｜可以修改或取消订单吗？
If the order has not shipped, cancellation may be possible. Shipped orders cannot be modified.

How do I track my package?｜如何查看物流？
You will receive a tracking email once your order ships.

Price Adjustment｜价格调整
Can I request a price adjustment?｜可以申请价格调整吗？
Orders placed before or after promotions are not eligible for adjustments.
